1. CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, you should immediately stop registering/activating the program or stop using the Galaxy Pool service.

The Company may update this policy online at any time without prior notice. This updated policy takes effect as soon as it is published on the Galaxy Pool platform and supersedes the previous policy. If you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the Galaxy Pool platform, mining services or cloud computing products. Your continued use of the Galaxy Pool platform, mining services or cloud computing products will be deemed as your acceptance of the modified policies.

You acknowledge and agree that if you refuse to provide us with your personal information in accordance with this policy, you will not be able to use some of the Galaxy Pool platform, mining services or cloud computing products' business functions (such as Push Information).

2. DEFINITIONS

PERSONAL INFORMATION: refers to all kinds of information recorded by electronic or other means that can independently or in combination with other information identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, including name, date of birth, ID number, address, communication contact information, etc.

In your use of the Galaxy Pool platform, mining services or cloud hashrate mining power products, the Galaxy Pool automatically receive and record on your browser and computer information, including but not limited to your IP address, browser preference, language preference, access date and time, software and hardware of characteristic information, website cookie information and the page you need to record data such as:

l Galaxy Pool obtains users' personal data from business partners through legitimate means;

l Users' personal information is in the public domain;

You acknowledge and agree that Galaxy Pool will collect your Personal Information in the following ways:

l When you ask to subscribe to our WeChat official account or SMS pushes;

l Access your transaction information through the blockchain system.

③ USAGE MODE.

You acknowledge and agree that Galaxy Pool will use your personal Information in the following ways:

l To meet your requirements for Galaxy Pool platform, mining services or cloud computing products;

l Improve your use experience;

l Push notifications to you (including but not limited to software updates, commercial ads, etc.);

l Conduct internal audit, data analysis and research of the company;

l For dispute resolutions;

l Abide by laws and regulations and requirements of regulatory authorities;

l Fulfil our obligations;

l Other reasonable purposes, such as responding to reasonable requests from affiliated parties and data partners.

④ UPDATE INFORMATION.

Upon completion of the registration or activation process, you shall provide and update your information in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and the prompts on the corresponding page, so as to make it true, timely, complete and accurate. If there is reasonable reason to suspect that the information provided by you is incorrect, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, Galaxy Pool has the right to issue an inquiry and/or request for correction notice to you, and to directly delete the relevant information, until suspending or terminating the Galaxy Pool Service provided to you in part or in whole. Galaxy Pool shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses and adverse consequences arising therefrom.

⑤ KEEP IT BY YOURSELF.

You acknowledge and agree that Galaxy Pool does not collect any information about your account password, wallet secret key, mnemonic and other information from you, and you shall keep such information in your proper custody. If the aforesaid information or equipment is forgotten or lost by you, you shall be solely responsible for the consequences.

⑥ NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION.

You acknowledge and agree that if you provide us with personal information other than your own, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of such information subject to allow us to collect such personal information, and that such information subject consents to your disclosure of such personal information to us and holds us free from all liability for compensation arising therefrom.

⑦ OTHER USES.

You acknowledge and agree that if we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, we will seek your prior consent.

4. HOW DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

INFORMATION STORAGE. Information and data about you collected by Galaxy Pool will be stored on the servers of Galaxy Pool and/or its affiliates. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the Galaxy Pool services or features that rely on cookies. You acknowledge and agree that this policy applies to the information obtained through the Galaxy Pool Cookie.

6. HOW DO WE SHARE, TRANSFER AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

AGREE IN ADVANCE. l Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or execution of a judgment;

l In order to protect the life, property and other important legitimate rights and interests of the user or other individuals, but it is difficult to get consent from the user;

l Personal information that users voluntarily disclose to the public;

l Collection of personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

l If you violate relevant laws, regulations or Galaxy Pool service agreement or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;

l When merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation is involved;

l Other Galaxy Pool disclosures as deemed appropriate by law, regulation or website policy.

THIRD PARTY PROVISIONS. You acknowledge and agree that you are using the Galaxy Pool for your recommended third party mining software or purse, you will be according to the third party mining software or wallet from time to time to update the user agreement and privacy policy and operational guidelines, provide your personal information to the third party (including but not limited to the spare port and other information), such as the information stored in the mining of the third party software or a wallet, and the Galaxy Pool has nothing to do.

We kindly draw your attention to the fact that the blockchain system is not fully developed, the Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and that email, MSN, and the way you communicate with other Galaxy Pool users are not encrypted. Therefore, we recommend that you properly protect your personal information when making transactions using the Galaxy Pool service and be wary of disclosing your personal information to the counterparty or potential counterparty. 8. YOUR RIGHTS

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. You have the right to access your personal information. You acknowledge and agree that Galaxy Pool has the right not to respond to your request to exercise the following rights if:

l Those directly related to the security of the State or national defense;

l Those directly related to public security, public health or major public interests;

l Those directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or execution of a judgment;

l The Company has sufficient evidence to show that the user has subjective malice or abuse of rights;

l Responding to a user's request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the user or other individuals or organizations where trade secrets are involved;

l Other circumstances stipulated by laws, regulations and norms.

9. PROTECTION OF MINORS AND SPECIAL GROUPS

You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to use the Galaxy Pool services, Galaxy Pool products or access the Galaxy Pool platform if you are a natural person who is not of legal age to use the Galaxy Pool services or is unable to assume the obligations under this Policy (i.e., does not have full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct) in the applicable jurisdiction. Therefore, please do not provide us with any of your personal information.

10. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSMISSION

You acknowledge and agree that you shall be liable for any loss or adverse consequences suffered by you as a result of:

l Fails to fill in, update or improve personal information in a timely manner in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, this policy, and information tips, disclosures or notices made by Galaxy Pool from time to time;

l You forget your Galaxy Pool account password, private key, keystore, mnemonic, etc., or lose the device;

l Your mis-operation results in the disclosure of your personal information;

l Loss caused by your use of third-party mining software or wallet;

l Gullible to other users in the Galaxy Pool platform published information;

l Other losses caused by your own reasons.

12. OTHERS

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

The validity, interpretation, variation, implementation and dispute resolution of this policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy (including but not limited to any issues concerning its existence, validity and termination) shall be first resolved by both parties through negotiation in good faith. TRANSLATIONS OF THIS POLICY. You acknowledge and agree that any translation (if any) of this policy is provided for your convenience only and that it is not intended to modify the Chinese version of this policy. In the event of any conflict between the Chinese version of this policy and the non-Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
